Three ways to access mejampo on your mobile
We provide Android APK, iOS browser, and web-app access. Choose based on your device and preference. Android users can download our APK file directly, bypassing the Google Play Store; this gives you the app plus offline functionality. iOS users and Android users preferring not to install can access mejampo through Safari or Chrome using our responsive web design—no installation needed. Desktop users can visit our web platform, though the experience is optimized for phones.
How to install the mejampo Android app
The Android APK installation takes subject to verification. You do not need a Google Play Store account. Once installed, the app updates automatically when we release new versions. Your phone must have Android 7 or later.

iOS browser and web-app access
iOS users cannot install APK files; instead, open Safari or Chrome and visit our web domain. The site detects your iOS device and adjusts the layout automatically. Add our website to your home screen (Share → Add to Home Screen) to create an app-like shortcut. iOS 12 and later are supported. You log in with your mejampo account credentials, and your balance and game history appear immediately. There is no separate iOS app; the web experience is fully optimized for iPhones and iPads.
App vs. browser: strengths and trade-offs
The Android app offers offline game history, local caching of odds for Liga 1 and Piala AFF matches, and push notifications when your withdrawal is approved or a live-dealer table becomes available. It also launches faster than the browser because it does not need to load our website each time. The iOS browser and web platform provide instant access without installation and update automatically when we deploy changes. Both sync your account in real time, so you never see stale balances. If you prefer speed and offline access, choose the Android app; if you want flexibility and no installation, choose the iOS browser or web.
Device compatibility and system requirements
The mejampo Android app requires Android 7 (API 24) or higher. Most phones from 2016 onwards meet this standard. The iOS browser works on iOS 12 and later. Web access works on any device with a modern browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge). If your phone is older than these versions, use the web platform instead—it has fewer system requirements and will function on older hardware.
Common installation issues and how to resolve them
The most frequent issue is "Installation blocked" — this happens when your phone does not allow unknown sources. Solution: Go to Settings → Apps → Permissions → Install unknown apps (the name varies by Android version), find your browser or file manager, and toggle on. If you see "Certificate not trusted" after installation, your phone's date and time settings may be wrong; reset them to automatic and try again. Some phones run security software that flags APK files as unsafe — this is normal. If you trust mejampo and are downloading from our official website, you can safely ignore this warning and proceed. If the app crashes on launch, clear your phone's cache (Settings → Apps → mejampo → Storage → Clear cache) and restart the app. For persistent issues, contact our support team via email or in-app chat.
Data storage, permissions, and account security on your device
The mejampo app stores your login session token, two-factor authentication backup codes, and game history locally on your phone—all encrypted. We do not store your password on the device; you enter it each time you open the app or your session expires (typically after 30 days of inactivity). The app requests permission to access your phone's notifications so we can alert you to withdrawals, deposits, and live-dealer table availability; you can disable these in your phone's settings anytime. We do not access your camera, microphone, files, or contacts. Your data is transmitted to our servers using TLS encryption, the same standard banks use. If you lose your phone, your mejampo account remains secure because withdrawals require two-factor authentication via SMS or email—a thief cannot access your balance without those credentials.
Your mejampo account is secured by encrypted storage on your device and two-factor authentication on our servers. Losing your phone does not put your balance at risk.
